Recently, a website make us feel very interesting because the website can escape from the Google radar.
Firstly, Google taught us the backlinks must Natural and Relevant.
The backlinks anchor text all shows "STD" and "HIV". That's no Natural any more.
The website posted all the contents to the none English website. Where is the relevancy?
Secondly, Google taught us the PANDA is checking spam links.
We used report to Google on August. Seems Google never care about this case, but gave the website even higher ranks in the search engine, oppositely !?
Today We found the website's certain keywords ranking at the No.1 of Google!!! Last time in August, some of the keywords just ranking at No. 14 below.
Why Such Website Can Rank Higher in Google?
After the investigation, we think the only reason for such spammy links website can get high ranks may the website is using the Google Sites service, (Check the bottom Link).The website is hosting ing Google. Google gives higher ranks to own services. They why Google can let this poor design, and no CMS website go.

According to the backlinks analysis, the website already generated 9181 backlinks in the past few months. They don't have news, nor advertisement. They never update the website for three years, and just put some ads in the Google adwords. Why suddenly have 9181 backlinks ?
The earliest link is from Feb 2014. That means 100 links per month?
